Elle Ginter is a Brooklyn-based director with a background in commercial art direction. Elle is passionate about shaping messages to add insight into today's culture and seeks to use film to give a voice to those who may not be able to speak for themselves. Her stories and characters reveal conflicting emotions and quiet bravado, conveying as much through internal monologues as through drama and noise. Her style blends surrealism and intimacy into everyday moments, worshipping both the extreme and mundane pieces of life. Elle was recently selected as one of thirteen directors globally for the DGA and AICP's Commercial Directors Diversity Showcase, and was included in SHOOT's 14th Annual New Director Showcase.
